HOW DO I...
REGISTER
WITH THE PRACTICE?
To register at the practice please attend reception and complete a registration form. It would be helpful if you could bring your NHS number with you.
Your new medical card will indicate that you are registered with a particular doctor, but this is only an administrative convenience. Patients are considered to be registered with the practice rather than an individual doctor.
As part of the registration procedure you will be asked to attend the practice for a new patient check. You will only be allowed to register if you attend this appointment. If you fail to attend for a new patient check, it is our policy to return your registration documents and advise you to seek another GP in the area.
