HOW DO I....
All patients on regular long-term medication are issued with a computerised repeat prescription. To obtain a repeat prescription, the printed request slip (prescription counterfoil) should be placed in the box provided in the waiting area at the health centre, or posted to us together with a stamped addressed envelope. If necessary, requests can also be made by telephone AFTER 2.00pm.
